Could i use regular bleach for like washing kitchens and bathrooms to bleach my hair? And what are the bad eff?

No I wouldn't recommend that. Go do it at the salon or if you want to do it at home look up video clips how how to bleach you're own hair. If you have a Sally's near you go and ask them questions. Research, research!
