What would be the best way to further my education in AutoCad?

I went to a vocational school for 2yrs in autocad and got placed in to a job in engineering/land surveying. I have been here for 7yrs. I like drawing in AutoCad but want to make more money. Is there an AutoCad degree I should go for or should I try to get and engineering degree?
