Can appendicitis symptoms go from being acute to not so much?

Yesterday i could barley move and today i have bad pain in my right lower quadrant. Today i had some lab work done by my doctor and when she pushed on my side i couldnt help but cry bc it hurt ... My doctor doesnt really like me so i dont really like listening to her advice. I know this isnt ovarian cyst bc i have been through all of that before and this is nothing like that, nor is it gas or constipation. I am also getting the chills and my temp hasnt gone above 99F, i have also had some back pain if that has to do with anything and a good amount of nausea ... bc i wont let myself throw up i hate it, i am 20. Im not in bad health or over weight if that plays a role in it ... but it isnt going away at all ... i tried tums and alkeseltzer and a heating pad and that hasnt made a difference at all .. Any serious advice is appreciated. Thank you
