Will a factory reset on an At&t Palm Centro take away my SIM unlock?

I have an SIM unlocked Palm Centro I use for T-mobile services. I'm wanting to do a factory data reset, but I don't know if this will take away my SIM unlock on the phone? Has anyone done this successfully?
