What is your coping method for emotional pain?
I have a very large amount of emotional pain. It ranges from a large amount of bitterness and anger to depression. Long story short I'm filled with anger and sadness and its taking over my life. I used to have a coping method but I feel like like its really doing more harm then good. I used to self harm, but i have stopped as off lately because it was becoming noneffective. So now I have nothing and it is driving my nuts!! I try talking to friends but that doesn't really seem to help any. I really don't want to go to a therapist but if I have to I guess I will. So please if you have any advice or have any good websites let me know.
