Restoring vinyl bathtub?

Our tubs are only 7 yrs old but they have a soapy buildup and I want to renew them so they look new when we sell our home. They are those sort of vinyl types. I have cleaned them with Vim fairly regularly and use Tilex shower spray, and once tried CLR but they still look dull. Any suggestions?
