Is "TicketsNow" a safe website to buy event tickets from?

I just bought my boyfriend tickets for a syracuse basketball game at the carrier dome through this website called "TicketsNow". Is the website reliable? I bought two tickets for $188 a piece and somehow the end total was $460!! anyone know about TicketsNow?
