Bankruptcy and Uninsured Auto Accident Judgement?

I was uninsured and in an auto accident. I've been to court already and everything was pinned on me, long story short I had to make a payment arrangement with someone for the accident costs. Can I include this in bankruptcy, I believe I can but I just wanted to make sure, I am in NH if that helps at all.
