Army Geographical Bachelor?

I am regular army. I am married with a son and we live in Delaware. My wife has a son and is in a joint custody arrangement with the son's father. I can not adopt her son. If she moves from the state she will lose custody of her son. Am I entitled to BAH and still live in the barracks? Will the Army force her to move so that we can collect BAH?
