Emotional terror (for a fictional story)?

I'm working on an ignment (a fictional story). And one of the characters is bullied and psychologically terrorized at her university. I'm really struggling with that part, i. e. to increase the 'terror' before the resolution, since I don't want to put in all the common cliches. What could her fellow students or even lectures do to her?

Glowing green rocks in my back yard?

a few months ago i woke up and found a very large (boulder like) rock in my back yard glowing a bright green it was not hot but burned to the touch (i could not feel any radiant heat) when hit with a stick it oozed a grey mercury like substance and made a very loud rumbling sound when i came home from work that day the rock was in a different spot (the ooze was where it was originally) my neighbors say its an eye sore and ravers and hippies keep f'in around in my lawn how should i go about getting rid of it?

What you have done is actually made your car illegal for safety reasons because the exhaust must be vented away from the underside of the vehicle, ether past the rear bumper or out past the edge of the body. You could just put a pipe on the end of the cats and vent it properly and forget about the mufflers if the noise level is below state standards.

A fight with my stepmom...?

i have a stepmum who is married to my dad and has 4 kids. and i have a mom who has a boyfrend and will soon get married to him. i got tired of living at my moms house coz i dont like her boyfrend and i dont want them 2 get married, so i decided to go to my dads. this waz a lame idea. coz: my stepmom has started gettin rude to me now. today she told me that i should knw how to cook and she said shes gonna teach me. i got kinda pissed that why is she tryin to do that? so i told her that i hav my own mom who can teach me. she got angry and she told my dad that i dont like her and i dont want to learn nything 4m her. my dad has alwaiiZ been on my side on this so he said that she didnt understand. but shez a ***** so she just said im alwaiiz rude to her and she made up all these stories. then she starts cryin and stuff. i got really pissed off by now so i guess i screamed at her and i ran out of the house and i went to by big brothers. i dunnoe if i did the rite thing.....but i still think that shez a *****......help....??

Do you reckon existing abortion laws in New Zealand are an affront to woman's rights?

I think that taking the right to abortion, whether right or wrong, away from the woman and putting it into the hands of a doctor definitely violates women's rights. The mother should be the ultimate decision maker in abortion cases, not the doctor. It basically says that doctors have the right to dictate the bodily functions of a woman without her consent, and that attitude in a partner is easily indicative of an abusive or controlling person, so why is it ok for doctors to have that attitude? They are responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases, nothing more.
