Do You Understand This?

My neighbors daughter is pregnant. She is 14 yrs. old. They told me the other day that the 14 yr. old, Tiffany, had her b/f living with them now. He is 15 yrs. old. Tiffany has been trying, by any guy, to get pregnant. Now that it has happened, the parents (both drug users) are very happy & proud of Tiffany's accomplishment. They told me, also, that the mother quit her job because the welfare said they earned too much $ & would have to pay for this baby that is due in Aug. Now our tax $ is going to pay for this baby, the 14 yr. old gets WIC, which they said they all share in eating & drinking the cheese, milk, cereal, etc. , they said their food stamps went up because of the b/f now living with them, they get their housing paid, medical benefits... ALL welfare. I am busting my to work & put 4 of my children through college. I pay Uncle Sam big time... all for the likes of this trash. Who can step up to change this abuse?
